Wash all the ingredients,peel the potatoes and cut to reasonable size,crates the carrots to save time

Place the sauce pan on the heat, add the cooking oil then add onion cook to brown, add tomatoes cook for some minutes then add potatoes and carrot,fry them for a couple of minutes
