Marinate chicken with curd,salt,garlic paste and fried onions

Heat mustard oil in the pan

Make a thick paste of sugar,kashmiri mirch powder and water

Add the paste to the oil and stir till side leaves oil.

Add the marinated chicken and cook for 2 mins

Cover for 7 mins and cook in simmer.

Open to check if the colour changes to red and the oil leaves the sides of the kadai.(this recipe needs no water).Once done serve garnish with some fried onions..
