Ingredients

15 minutes
3-4 servings
  1. 1 cupMaida
  2. 1/4 cuprice flour
  3. 1-2green chillies
  4. 5-6curry leaves
  5. 5-6crushed black pepper
  6. 1/2 tspGrated ginger
  7. 5-6small coconut pieces
  8. 1/4 tspcooking soda
  9. 1 cupbuttermilk(less or more)
  10. as neededOil for frying

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Take all the dry ingredients in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Now add curry leaves, ginger, black pepper, salt, coconut pieces, buttermilk and mix well without any lumps.

  3. 3

    Add cooking soda and give 15-20 mins rest

  4. 4

    Fry in oil and serve with coconut chutney
