Parboil rice for 10 minutes and set aside. Preheat palm oil add onion add blended fresh pepper.

Add water, stock cubes, salt, smoked fish and ground okpehe cover and allow to boil.

Pour parboiled rice into mixture and cover to cook for 20-30.

Serve in a clean dish.
