Crust-less Spinach and Ham Quiche

Pre heat an oven to 180°C

Beat the eggs and set aside

In a saucepan, sauté spinach and remove off the stove. Add the chopped ham into the pan (heat must be off still)

Add the salt and pepper to the egg and the cottage cheese. Whip/beat the cottage cheese into the egg. The cheese will not completely dissolve, you will be left with lumpy beaten egg.

Add the ham and spinach in and mix in

In a greased, oven-proof dish add the egg mixture and leave in the oven until you poke it and its not watery. It should be about 30 minutes

Leave it to set and serve! Do not forget to take snaps!!
