Ingredients

  1. 1 litreMilk
  2. 1Lemon
  3. 3 tablespoonSugar
  4. 4-5Almonds (chopped)

Cooking Instructions

    Switch on the flame and boil milk.

  2. 2

    Into it add lemon and allow it to curdle.

  3. 3

    And allow the rest of the liquid to get reduced on the flame only we don't need to strain it.

    Then cook curdled milk till it's brown in colour then add sugar into it and cook it for 2 more minutes then switch off the falme and allow it to cool down.

    Then shift it into any box or plate and let it rest for 1 hour in the refrigerator.

    Then take it out, cut it into cubes and serve it.
