Ingredients

  1. 8 slicesprosciutto
  2. 1/2a cantaloupe melon
  3. 12thin slices of cucumber
  4. Freshly ground black pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Remove the melon flesh from the outer rind and dice into bite-sized chunks.

  2. 2

    Arrange 2 prosciutto slices per plate (I folded mine concertina style), place the melon chunks on top.

  3. 3

    Cut the cucumber slices almost in half and arrange on top of the melon as shown in the photo.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
