Ingredients

  1. 8eggs - medium
  2. 125 mlfull fat milk or cream
  3. 1spring onion finely sliced
  4. 2 slicesbacon diced
  5. 100 ggrated/ shredded cheese
  6. to tastesalt/pepper
  7. cherry tomatoes to garnish
  8. grated/ shredded cheese to garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Whisk the eggs and milk with a fork.

  2. 2

    Add all the other ingredients, reserving the tomatoes and extra cheese for the top

  3. 3

    Add any vegetables and stir gently.

  4. 4

    Pour into a 20cm/8inch square baking dish that has been greased and lined with baking paper.

  5. 5

    You may need to move the vegetables in the dish with the fork so they are evenly distributed.

  6. 6

    Place the sliced cherry tomatoes and cheese on top.

  7. 7

    Bake at 180C/350F for 20-30 minutes
