Peel, Wash, and Chop Onion.

Open Cans of Beans and Tomatoes, Drain Beans, Only.

Measure Out All Seasonings and Pour Into Small Bowl.

Heat Oil in Pan on Medium Heat. Add Onion. Cook Until Translucent and Soft.

Add Boca Crumbles. Stir Well. Cover and Cook for About 5 Minutes, Stirring Frequently.

Add Seasonings. Stir Until Well Incorporated.

Add Crushed Tomatoes and Beans. Stir Well.

Cover and Turn Heat Down to a Simmer. Cook for 45 Minutes to 1 Hour.

Serve. Top with Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Sour Cream, and Green Onions, or Whatever Your Favorite Chilli Toppings Are.
