Add rava and salt as per your taste. Mix well for 5 minute in one direction only

Heat a pan. Put oil in that.

Wet your hands with water. Take a small ball of batter on your fingers. Make a hole in that

Put that vada in oil.Make all the vada's just like that.

Fry it till turns golden and crispy. Your Medu vada is ready to eat.
