In a nonstick pan add suji and roast it for 2 min. On low flame..add 1/2 cup of water.and continue stir.

Add mawa (before adding mawa roast it for 2or3min.)and mix nicely or combine well.

Add condensed milk and mix. Stir for 1 min and cook covered for 4 to 5 min.or until it separate form pan.

Add cardamom powder and mix...And switch the flame off...Leave it covered for 5min.

After cooling a bit...Take it out from pan and knead like a dough.

Now take tbsp of mixture and roll it with ur hands to give it a nice shape.

Now coat it with coconut powder.and enjoy quick and yummy suji mawa sweet roll.
