Hung the curd in a muslin cloth for 4 to 5 hour to strain all the water.

After that take the hung curd(chakka) im a mixing bowl.

Add powder sugar, custard powder and mix dry fruits in that hung curd. Mix it well.

Put the shrikhand in freezer for 1 or 2 hour.

Your custard shrikhand is ready. Serve chilled.
