Sheer Khurma
It's a very simple and easy method recipe and yummy too 😋
Steps

Put the pan on burner pour the milk and let it boil. Turn the flame on low and cook for 15 minutes.

Now add the chopped cashew nut, almonds, pistachio, green cardamom, and saffron. Keep stirring. Cook for 10 minutes.

Now add sugar in it and stirr.cook for 2 minutes.

Put a fry pan and the ghee in it. Now fry the vermicelli on low flame for 2 minutes.

Now add the fried vermicelli in the milk and mix well. Keep stirring and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Keep it there and let it cool. Now put the khurma in serving bowl and garnish with cashew nuts and pistachios.

The delicious sheer khurma is ready to serve.
