Soak white chane for over night

After soak boiled it

Heat oil in a wok add hing and cumin when crackle add onion paste and saute it

Now add ginger garlic paste, tomato puree and spices and saute till leave the oil

Add boiled chane and cook on low flame for 15-20 minutes
- 6
Serve with bhature
