Ingredients

30 minutes
4 servings
  1. 1 kgfish (any fish of your choice)
  2. 1large potato, peeled and chopped
  3. 1small onion, chopped
  4. 1carrot, peeled and chopped
  5. 2large tomatoes, chopped
  6. 1 tspfish spice
  7. 1/2 tsprajah curry powder
  8. Oil to fry fish (1/4 cup)
  9. 1 clovegarlic, minced

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Clean fish, then marinate with fish spices and garlic then leave for 5 minutes

  2. 2

    Then fry. In a separate pot fry onion with rajah curry powder

  3. 3

    Then add chopped tomatoes and potato cook to make gravy

  4. 4

    Then place the fish into the tomato pot simmer for 5 minutes and serve with rice
