Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 2carrots
  2. 1garlic clove
  3. 1 tspginger powder
  4. 1 tspcorn flour
  5. 1onion
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1/2 cupVegetable stock or warm
  8. Seasoning optional

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend the carrots to a puree

  2. 2

    Fry the garlic and onion till brown

  3. 3

    Then add the puree of carrots and cook for two minutes

  4. 4

    Mix half a cup of vegetable stock in corn flour and add to the soup

  5. 5

    Boil for 2 minutes and serve
