In a mixing bowl, mix both flours, salt, water and make smooth dough.Brush it with little oil, cover with wet cloth and keep aside.

Divide the dough into equal balls and roll very thin roti.

Heat non stick tava and make roti like Tortola, cook roti one side till transparent.

Stuff roti with paneer bhurji, seal the edges and refined flour batter.
- 5
Deep fry rolls in medium heat oil.
- 6
Serve with tomato sauce or momos sauce.
