Mix the ground pork, salt, seasoning powder, MSG, and cooked rice together until well combined.

Knead the mixture until the pork becomes sticky and holds together.

Add the pork skin and knead until evenly mixed.

Add the pounded garlic and knead until well combined.

Add chili peppers to taste, then pack the mixture into a container and cover tightly.

Let it ferment at room temperature for 2-3 days.

After fermenting, it's ready to eat.
