Steps

In a wok heat little oil.Saute ginger and chopped vegs a bit.

Take off heat and cool.Add salt, cornflour and bind together.Make small balls.

Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.Keep aside.

Now in same wok take 2-3tsp oil and heat.Add ginger garlic paste and saute.

Add boiled noodles,salt and stir fry.

Add soy, tomato sauces and sugar.Stir fry nicely.

Add spring and Manchurian balls now.

Stir fry and serve hot.
