Pointed gourd curry
A simple vegetarian recipie
Steps

Cut the vegetables and keep aside

Heat oil and temper cumin seed and bay leaf

Add the gourds and saute till it changes colour

Add Potatoes and pumpkin and saute for a while

Add salt and turmeric powder and cover till it starts getting tender

Now add all powder masalas and mix

Add water simmer till the vegetables get properly cooked

Add sugar and mix

Serve it with rice
