Egg corn soup
#global soup with veggies, eggs and crunchy croutons

Take 2 tbs corn in a mixer grinder add 2 tbs water and make a paste

Take a bowl break the egg in it and beat the the egg

Take corn flour in a bowl add 1 tbs water and make a thick paste and keep aside

Take a pan put butter let it melt add all chopped veggies sauté for 2 minutes on low heat now put water let it boil very well on full heat after coming 1 boil reduce flame add corn paste that we grind in mixture and on low flame cook it 2 minutes

Add salt and corn flour paste and mix well. Soup will be thick very quickly then add eggs with spoon slowly slowly and black pepper powder and off heat

Serve in bowls and put crunchy croutons and enjoy your hot hot yummy soup
