Ingredients

  • 3medium sized carrots
  • 1/3 cupvegetable oil
  • 3big eggs
  • 2 cupsflour
  • 1/2 cupsugar u can add more
  • 1 tbspbaking powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash carrot and slice,

  2. 2

    Pour into your blender add the eggs and vegetable oil, blend in together to a smooth and soft mixture

  3. 3

    Mix all dry ingredients together

  4. 4

    Pour in the wet ingredients and mixed together

  5. 5

    Pour in your baking pan and bake for 45 minutes or till done.
