Grind dry fruits in mixture.

Add khaya to a pan and cook it for 2-3 minutes.

Add dry fruits mixture and 1tsp cardamom powder.

Let it cool. Add 1 tbsp sugar powder once cooled and mix well.

Add 1 tbsp ghee and salt to flour. Knead dough with required water.

Add sugar to water and prepare sugar syrup. Add kevra water and kesar to it.

Roll small size roti add filling and cover it with other roti. Give it adequate shape.

I made very small bite size chandrakala..

In a pan add ghee to fry the goodies. Fry it nicely till golden on medium flame.

Dip all goodies in sugar syrup. Decorate with pistachio. Enjoy chandrakala..
