Soak the rice and chana dal for overnight

Drain the water and grind it in smooth paste.

Transfer the batter into another bowl.

Add salt and water. Make it liquid thin batter like a Dosa batter.

Heat the non-stick tawa.
- 6
Now spread some oil over the tawa.

Pour a laddle of batter on it.

Spread them like a Dosa.

Cover and cook them for a while or cook until light brown now flip them and cook another side.

Chilka roti is ready to eat with any type of Sabji,Atchar or Chutney.
