Seafood Stirfry
healthy stir fry to go with quinoa
Steps

Wash shrimp and calamari and marinate with any spice of your choice and set aside

Heat up frying pan and once its hot, add olive oil, stir in onions after a minute stir in shrimp and calamari

Stir continuously for 3 - 5 minutes so it can evenly cook through, then add salt, pepper, knorr cube, oregano

Stir in all mix vegetable, carrot and green peas, stir and remove from heat after 2 minutes

Serve with quinoa for healthy eating
