Ingredients

15 minutes
1 serving
  • 2Potatoes boiled
  • 1/2 cupplain flour
  • 1 tbspbhaja masala(cumin, coriander,red chilli bay leaf roasted and powdered)
  • 1/2 tspcarom seeds
  • To tastesalt
  • As neededghee

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Mash the Potatoes and add all the masalas

  2. 2

    Add flour and ghee

  3. 3

    Knead a dough rest it for a while

  4. 4

    Now roll it with the rolling pin to your desired shape

  5. 5

    Grease the tawa with ghee

  6. 6

    Fry the parathas and serve with any curry, pickle or even curd
