2Potatoes boiled
1/2 cupplain flour
1 tbspbhaja masala(cumin, coriander,red chilli bay leaf roasted and powdered)
1/2 tspcarom seeds
To tastesalt
As neededghee

Mash the Potatoes and add all the masalas

Add flour and ghee

Knead a dough rest it for a while

Now roll it with the rolling pin to your desired shape

Grease the tawa with ghee

Fry the parathas and serve with any curry, pickle or even curd
