Heat up veg oil add diced onion, ginger, tin tomatoes then blended pepper stir and fry for about 7 to 10minutes, add steamed chicken, salt, knorr cube; stir everything together

Steam chicken with onions, pepper, salt and knorr cubes, once its tender, set aside. wash rice with hot water and salt then set on fire and boil in pot till almost tender; wash again and set aside

Add chicken stock and allow to boil for 2 mins add already parboiled rice and allow to boil till water gets dry.

Stir to taste and adjust seasoning; and remove from heat immediately after and serve
