Use cooked yellow dal mix

Heat ghee in a fry pan and saute chopped gingheater garlic with chopped onion masala chopped,green chilli stir fry for a minituies on high heat

Now add yellow dal mix and cook for a minituies on high heat

And now lemon juice salt to taste cook for a minituies on high heat

Now add chopped coriander and butter and finesh the dish

In a leadle take ghee with hingchilli powder and 1 kashmiri broken into 3 piece for rempering

Hold on high heat on the gas stove hold for 30 secound and top it on the dal

Ready to serve hot

Garnish with a sprig of coriander leave
