Wash and soak chana over night

Now add salt, turmeric powder and little water

Take 2 whistle on low flame

Heat oil in wok.

Add hing and cumin seeds.

Add boiled chana.

Add rest of the spices.

Mix well.

Turn off the gas.

Add potatoes, tomatoes, lemon juice, green coriander and namkeen.

Chana chaat is ready to serve.
