Ingredients

4-5 servings
  1. 2raw mangoes
  2. 1 tbsproasted masala(mustard, five spice es red chilli roasted and grinded)
  3. 200 gramjaggery
  4. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  5. To tastesalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel off the mangoes cut into cubes

  2. 2

    Heat oil and add mango saute well

  3. 3

    Add salt and turmeric powder and cover

  4. 4

    As it become soft add jaggery and mix well

  5. 5

    Boil until the jaggery melts and mango combines

  6. 6

    Cool it down and preserve or serve
