Steps

Boil macaroni in salted water for 5 minutes or till 90% done. Drain and add a teaspoon oil mix and keep aside.

Cut the veggies in cubes.

Heat a wide pan pour 1 tbsp oil. Fry onions on medium heat. Then add tomato purée and sauté
- 4
Add cubed veggies and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add boiled macaroni and salt and pepper. Mix and cook for a minute or two.

Add tomato ketchup and mix well. While serving sprinkle some chilli flakes and dry herbs as per requirement.
