Blend the fresh pepper with tumeric and ginger.

Parboil the rice till is half done and wash.

Heat up vegetable oil,slice the onion and put then all the blended paste.

Fry for 10minures put water leave it to boil with curry,salt and stock cubes and pour in the parboiled rice.

Boil till the rice is done.cut the carrots and green peas,rinse with green and put.

Turn very well let it steam a bit and is done.
