1/2 kgMilk
1/2 cupSugar
1/2 teaspoonsCardamom powder

Steps

On the gas and put a pan add milk then boil.

Boil the milk till then when it became rabri

Add cardamom powder and crushed roasted groundnut and sugar now mix it well.

When sugar mix into the milk off the flame.

When milk become cool.put it into ice cream jar and set into freezer.

Now put the ice cream stick into ice cream and removed from jar
