Steps

Preheat oven to 160C. Line an 8 inch pan with parchment paper. This will ensure you can easily lift them out!

Mix the melted butter, sugar and vanilla in a bowl. Mix in egg.

Mix in flour until just combined. Fold in chocolate!

Pour batter in pan. Smooth the top so it fits well. Bake for exactly 30 minutes- then take out and let cool. Toothpick should come out clean.

Cut and serve! Tastes extra good with a little ice cream on top.
