Steps

Firstly beat the ghee till get creamy.

Add flour to it and make a bit soft dough

Add ajwain,salt, jeera and roasted kasuri methi and mix well

And make a small small puri from it so by knife make some holes in puri

Deep fry it and your puri is ready, you have it with tea
- 6
Note;-it can be preserve till week in air tight containers
