Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgRice
  • 1/4 kgpotatoes
  • 2big onion
  • 3Tomatoes
  • 1 pieceGinger
  • 1/4of 1piece of Garlic
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • 1 tsppilau masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry the onion to brown colour

  2. 2

    Add ginger and garlic cook for 1-2 min

  3. 3

    Add pilau masala stir till it turn colour then add potatoes and cook for a couple of minutes till its half cooked

  4. 4

    Then add rice stir, add i littre of water

  5. 5

    Reduce heat and give it time to cook
