To make the filling

Heat the oil in a pan, add the mixed vegetables and salt and saute on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes.

Add the maggi masala and saute on a medium flame for 1 minute.

Add the 2 cups of water and bring to a boil on a medium flame for approximate 2 minutes.

Add the maggi noodles, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes.

Making the momos.....

Now take maida in a bowl & add salt & oil & knead it with water to form a dough.

Now make small chapatis out of this dough.

Fill the Maggi prepared in the above step.

Close the chapatis in the form of Momos.

Heat oil for deep frying,drop the momos in and fry it.

Now Your Maggi Momos are ready to serve. Serve it hot with Tomato ketchup or tamarind chutney & green chutney.
