Steps

In a bowl prepare bournvita in a syrup by dissolving it in 2 tbsp of water.

Heat some vegetable oil in a pan and roast all purpose flour in it till it smells delicious.

Prepare chasni or sugar syrup by heating a mixture of sugar and some water.

Once the syrup is prepared mix the roasted all purpose flour in it till the mixture has thickened and turn the heat off.

In a greased plate, pour this mixture, garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios and cut once it has cooled down
