In a pressure cooker add oil and heat the oil add cumin seeds and ginger garlic paste and saute 2 to 3 min.

Add onion and fry till golden brown

Now add tomato and saute till it turns soft and pulpy

Then add turmeric powder and stir well

Add red chilli powder,garam masala,sabji masala,and salt mix it well

Now add the masoor dal in it and mix it well

Cover it with cook on medium heat till you hear 3 to 4 whistles

Now masoor dal is ready

Garnish with coriander leave and amul fresh cream
