Steps

Marinate the fish with some salt and 1/2 tsp haldi powder. With 2 tsp sarso oil for 30 mins.

Than take yellow Sarson, khuskhus, 4 green chilli, 1 tbsp chopped corriender on a stone roller and add some salt and water and grind to a fine paste

Now take a deep kadai put sarso oil and heat it well. Than fry the fish pieces 2-3 mins on both sides.

How in the same kadai add Dhaniya powder, 1/2 tsp haldi powder, chopped onion. And stir fry for 3 mins. Than add tomatoes and cook for 3 mins. When cooked properly add the sarso khuskhus paste and mix well.

Cook for 2 mins. Now add 2 cups water. And cook for 2 mins.

Than add the remaining chopped corriender. Mix well. Now add the fried fish peices.

Close the lid and cook for 5 min on med flame.

Serve with rice.
