Ingredients

  • 3 bunchesmanagu
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1large tomato
  • 1medium size onion
  • 1/2 cupmilk

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash managu and put to boil for 30 minutes until soft.

  2. 2

    Fry with onions and tomatoes. Add in salt, when all the water is dried up, add in Milk.

  3. 3

    Cook for 2 minutes then serve best with Ugali.
