Peel potatoes skin & cut potatoes in cube then fried. Set aside

Cut sardines heads and tails, cut to half, clean stomach

Cut tomatoes into cube (easy to melt)

Oil in frying pan, warm enough enter garlic, onion, and chili until yellow

Enter tomatoes medium heat until melt like sauce

Enter salt, ajinomoto, chili powder, black pepper, and white pepper

Enter sardines and cook until sauce absorbed into fish with medium heat
- 8
Lastly enter fried potatoes and ready to serve
