Ingredients

4-5boiled Aloo
1/2 cuppoha
2bread slices
1chopped onion
1green chilli
2-3 tspbread crambs
1 tspsuji
1 tspgaram masala
1 tspred chilli powder
to tastesalt
as neededOil for frying

Steps

Mashed the boil potatoes.

Add mashed potatoes and all ingredients except oil in a mixing bowl.mix it well.

Make a shape of cutlets of this mixture.

Heat il in a wok add cutlets and deep fried.

Serve with chutney/sauce.
