Cut the potatoes into 4 halfs

Grate the carrot and beetroot and mix them

Boil the potatoes and add papirika, rosemary blackpepper and a pinch of salt

Boil to cook but pototoes have to b firm

Using a sauce pan fry the onions,add the mixture of grated carrot and ginger cook for 1-2 min then add potatoes

Cook for 5 min
