Beat the egg adding salt, turmeric powder,green chillies chopped,half of the Coconut and onion,mix well

Mix gram flour and whisk well

Heat oil and fry koftas taking small portion of the mixture,keep aside

Now add oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and red chilli

Add ginger garlic paste and saute well till the raw smell disappears

Now add onion slices saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Add tomato chopped and red chilli Powder and mix

Now add water and simmer adding the koftas
- 9
Add sugar(optional) and garam masala powder
- 10
Serve with main course of your choice
