Ingredients

  • Shorko leave
  • Pepper
  • Iru
  • Dry fish
  • Small tomato
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Pound the pepper and tomato

  2. 2

    Boil the pepper and tomato and season it to taste

  3. 3

    Boil the dry fish separately with salt and maggi

  4. 4

    Add the sliced shorko and iru to the tomato

  5. 5

    Stir and add the fish

  6. 6

    It should cook for 4 minutes

  7. 7

    Serve with garri or rice
