Steps

Peel of the beetroot skin and grate it.

Now add some water and grind the beetroot.

Strain off the juice of the beetroot.

Add to the juice some water.

Take 1 Pan and add butter.

Heat it a bit and add Chopped Ginger and Green Chilli.

Now dissolve corn flour into juice and add the juice to the pan

Add salt per taste,black pepper,oregano and parsley.

Boil till soup consistency.

Add vinegar and mix it nicely.

Now serve hot.

Garnish with Mint Leaves and some herbs.
