A delicious twist to the most extravagant dessert by me for a change. This will be loved by kids and elders too and Chocolate being the favourite of all, proves to be an instant heat among all. It gives a stunning look to the plain Firni and tastes equally divine. More creamier and luscious too. It can be served for snack or even a brunch for a yummy change.

Soak rice for half an hour. Later grind it to a bit coarse paste. Do not make it a fine one.

Add this to the boiling milk and bring it to a rolling boil at first on a high heat. Keep stirring at regular intervals. Now lower the heat and simmer on a low until it starts to thicken.

Add fresh cream and cardamom powder too after a while. When it starts thickening and reaches a consistency of your liking, add melted chocolate to it.

Sugar can be adjusted accordingly as chocolate is also added. Take it off the heat as soon as it is added since the chocolate gets melted up easily in the hot firni.

Allow it to chill before serving. Yummy super gorgeous firni is all ready to be devoured !!!!
