Ingredients

10-15 minutes

  • 4medium potatoes, peeled and cut into chips
  • 125 mlcanola oil
  • To tastesalt

Steps

10-15 minutes
  1. 1

    Pour oil into the frying pan let it be hot

  2. 2

    Dry the potatoes with a dry towel

  3. 3

    Then deep fry the chips until they are golden and crispy

  4. 4

    To taste with salt and add the sauces to enjoy your fish and chips
