Heat the oil in a pan add bay leaves Ajwain curry leaves green chillies chopped heeng powder

Then add all the masala and boiled Arbi and saute it for 5mints

Then another bowl we whisk together dahi and besan well with out any lumps

Then pour the besan ghol in Arbi and till it comes to boil

Add some water and salt

Continue stir it till it becomes to boil

Low the flame and cover it with lid for 15to 20mints

After that ur Arbi Ki khadi is ready to eat
